quality Work

Your reputation depends upon the quality of your work.  So does mine.  I review every punctuation mark, every word, and every space for accuracy.

guaranteed work

I stand behind my work.  If you are ever unhappy with the final product, let me know..

turn around times

Deadlines matter.  When you send me a job, you let me know when you need it.  I always acknowledge the receipt of the job and confirm when it will be completed.

My Personal guarantee

Working with a new proofreader can produce unpredictable results.  That's why I offer a "Get to Know Me" special for new clients.  Send along up to 20 pages and I will proofread them at no charge.

I love long-term relationships and hope you will think of me as your personal proofreader for a very long time.

Have an unexpected deadline?  I will always do everything possible to help you meet a short deadline.  When you need help the most, I roll up my sleeves.

Your style matters

While grammar and punctuation rules are fairly standard, you may have personal preferences in some areas.  I have a "getting to know you" sheet to allow me to personalize my work to your specifications.

deadlines matter

I am always reachable by phone, text, or email.  You'll receive my personal phone number the first time we work together.  I acknowledge every job as soon as it is received and confirm when you need it completed.

court transcripts are my specialty

Court transcripts require special proofreading and adhere to specific formats, unlike other manuscripts and documents.

They also require confidentiality.  I provide court reporters with the peace of mind of knowing their work is in good hands.

  • Even the most minute details are important.  From postal codes to commas in a law firm's name, I check them all.
  • Medical terminology is essential to get right, and I make sure it is.
  • Every punctuation mark needs to be in the right place and have a reason for being there.
  • Polished and accurate is the ultimate goal.  I love helping you look good!
